Being able to work in PDF directly saves us a lot of time and reduces the rates of errors in our documentation.ДЄnnotations and edits with multimedia file attachments are not very convenient to handle. Previously, we had to perform such tasks within Word and only convert to PDF after completing the review process but that would often require additional time spent on reformatting since the back and format usually altered several elements of the document. We simply use PDF to merge all the separate reports submitted from our multiple field teams into one final complete document.ДЇoxit's wide variety of annotation tools for taking notes, leaving comments, and providing feedback directly on documents has been extremely useful for easing our team's workflows.
